With this fantastic product you can make your own chicharron at home, how cool is that!
Frying: preheat your oil at 200 °C , you will need approximately 50g of oil to fry 100g of dried pork crackling. Fry for 50 to 60 seconds or until gold and crispy.
Microwave: you can also make your chicharrons in the microwave! Heating time will depend on your microwave but you can start with the same time that you use for popcorn. If the product is not crispy enough you can add more time.
