Preparation
Hot:
Add 15g to 360ml of boiling water and steep for 3–5 minutes.
Cold:
Prepare hot first, allow to steep, then serve over ice.
Smoothie:
Prepare the tisane, add ice and blend for a refreshing smoothie-style drink.

Osmodehydrated guava (53%) (guava, added sugar, sunflower oil and ascorbic acid), dehydrated apple (17.2%), osmodehydrated papaya (papaya, added sugar, rice flour, sunflower oil and Yellow #6), osmodehydrated apple (10.7%) (apple, added sugar, rice flour, ascorbic acid and citric acid), artificial chai flavouring and rose petals (1%).
May contain: coconut, almond, milk and soy lecithin.
