Ingredients: Corn starch, salt, vitamins and minerals (vitamin C, iron, niacin, zinc, vitamin B6, thiamine, vitamin A, folic acid, vitamin B12), vanilla flavour, artificial colour, calcium carbonate.
Each packet makes 5 cups of atole.
1.- Dissolve the content of this packet in 240 ml of milk (room temperature)
2.- Pour the disolved mix into 1 L of boiling milk
3.- Let boil for 2 minutes, stir constantly. Add sugar to taste.
