Preparation
Hot:
Add 15g to 360ml of boiling water and steep for 3–5 minutes.
Cold:
Prepare hot first, allow to steep, then serve over ice.
Smoothie:
Prepare the tisane, add ice and blend for a refreshing smoothie-style drink.

Osmodehydrated guava (34.5%) (guava, added sugar, sunflower oil and ascorbic acid), osmodehydrated papaya (papaya, added sugar, rice flour, sunflower oil and Yellow #6), hibiscus (15%), dehydrated apple (12%), osmodehydrated apple (apple, added sugar, rice flour, ascorbic acid and citric acid), cinnamon chips (5%), ginger chips (1.5%) and rose petals.
May contain: coconut, almond, milk and soy lecithin.
